Flyer

BAR/BAT: The individual race is BAR (American Cycling Association Best All-round Rider) for Seniors, Masters, and Juniors. The individual race is not BAT. The team time trial is BAT (Best All-round Team) for Seniors & Masters. For the team time trial only one team from each club can score points in a category. Example: If Boulder Masters raced 5 teams in the 35+ category, only the first would score points. No junior BAR/BAT

Course: The Rabbit Mountain time trial is an 11 kilometer race. The first 5k are flat on a straight road. The next 6k are uphill with 180 meters climbing. The last kilometer is 6% grade. The last 500 meters are 13%. The race is one way - no turn around. You will need to ride back to the start. Support vehicles are not allowed on the course. No neutral support will be provided - you must self support. No feeding is allowed. You may not be picked up at the finish. Spectators, please ride your bikes. Help us keep the course safe.

Registration: Pre-registration only!  Packet pick up opens at 7:00am & closes at 11am.  Registration is at the Hygiene Elementary School on 75th street - 1 kilometer south of the start.

Parking: Parking will be in Hygiene at Hygiene Elementary School. This is located on 75th street, 1 kilometer south of the start. Race registration is located here as well. Parking is limited. Please ride your bike from Boulder - it is a good warm up. The start is at the intersection of Highway 66 & 75th street. Check the Maps link for a map to the start.

Support: There will be no support allowed. There is no neutral support. No follow vehicles are allowed on the course. Support vehicles on the road would cause traffic congestion interfering with the safety of the riders.

Cancellation/Weather: The race will run regardless of weather conditions. If the referee determines that racing would be dangerous due to any condition the race may be cancelled.  Cancellation notices will be posted on the ACA website and here: www.bouldercycling.org

.There is an additional fee of $10.00/per person for this race.  You may race either or both events.  Pre-register your team with sportsbaseonline.com.  Men:  4 or 3 person teams - time on 3rd finisher.  Women and Juniors:  4 – 2 person teams – time on 2nd finisher.  All ACA rules apply and all BAT categories will be scored.  All riders must be in the same category and on the same team to be scored.  The team time trial is not BAR.  Masters riders may "race down in age" to a younger team.
